Privacy Policy

RushEssay.net is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). We decide how your personal data is used and we answer for it, which makes us its controller under data protection law. This policy follows your data from a first visit to a finished order, in the order it arrives. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions.

When you browse

Every page request carries your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the page that sent you. Our own cookies give your browser a random visitor ID and remember how you found the site, first and most recently. For that they keep the campaign tags or ad click identifier in the link you followed, the referring site and the page you landed on.

We run no third-party analytics or advertising tags, so how you use the site is measured only in our own records. Our pages load their typeface from an outside font service, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to deliver it.

The WhatsApp button is a plain link. Nothing from WhatsApp loads until you tap it.

When you use the order form or the price calculator

We record how the form is used, for example when it opens, when a price is calculated and when an order is placed. Each record carries your visitor ID, IP address, approximate country and browser type, and it stays in our own analytics records. Your browser remembers the currency you last chose.

If you type your email address into the order form, it reaches us as soon as it is complete, even if you leave without ordering, and we keep it for up to 45 days. Only the part after the @ goes into our analytics records. We use it to see where orders are left unfinished.

When you place an order

Placing an order opens an account. We keep your email address together with the name, phone number and country the order form asks for, and your time zone if you set one. With each order we keep its instructions, the files you upload, your messages with support and the writer, your order history, and any ratings and feedback you leave.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. We contact you about your orders by email, and by phone or messaging apps if you gave us those contacts.

When you pay

Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never receive or store your full card number. We see the payment’s status and limited details, such as the last digits of the card, the card’s country and the processor’s fraud signals. If we ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of the charge in your online banking, the material is used only for that check and deleted afterwards.

While a writer works on your order

Writers see your order’s instructions and files. They never see your name, email address, phone number or payment details. Keep personal data out of your instructions and files, because the writer sees whatever is in them.

When you contact us

Messages you send through your account, by email or on WhatsApp are kept with your account and orders, so support can follow the thread.
