Terms and Conditions

RushEssay.net is the name of the service. The website is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), and these terms are the agreement between you and us. They apply to every order you place. Placing an order, or ticking the box that accepts these terms, means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We provide custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and related help. Freelance writers do the work, and it reaches you electronically. What you receive is a model paper, written as a reference for your own research and study. The glossary at the end explains words with a set meaning.

Time runs through every order on this site, so the rules about time come first.

Your deadline

When you order, you choose the deadline, the academic level and the type of paper. The deadline is our target for the first delivery, and we plan the work to meet it. Revisions run on their own timing.

Check all three choices before you pay. If one is wrong, tell support at once. The writer works to the level that was set when they were assigned, and a correction may change the price.

Make your instructions clear and complete. A change made after a writer is assigned that goes beyond the original instructions is editing. Editing is a paid extra, not a free revision.

We may refuse an order, or ask you to resubmit it, when its details do not match its description. A twenty-page brief placed as a two-page paper is one example. Correcting the details may change the price.

You can ask for a draft. On deadlines of 3 to 48 hours we cannot promise one.

The materials schedule

A writer cannot use a source that has not arrived. If your paper must draw on particular material, such as lecture slides, a set textbook or a dataset, upload it early. Instructions and every source need to reach us on this schedule.

Your deadlineSend instructions and all sources
48 hours to 10 daysWithin the first 8 hours
12 to 24 hoursWithin the first hour
Under 12 hoursWithin the first 20 minutes

Material that misses its window may move the deadline.

When something runs late

Delays on your side

An order can slip when materials arrive after their window, when a question from the writer or support goes unanswered, or when an extra payment is not made promptly. A delay of that kind carries no compensation. Lateness caused by missing materials, or by our being unable to reach you, is never grounds for a refund.

Delays on our side

If we expect to miss your deadline, we tell you, and you may object in writing through your account messages or by email. A delay you accepted is not grounds for compensation.

If an order is late and you agree to extend the deadline, we reprice it at the deadline option closest to the new delivery time. The difference, up to 20% of the order price, comes back as a refund or store credit. If you download a late order and only then ask for a lateness refund, you receive store credit only, up to the same 20%.

Delivery and tracking

The finished work is uploaded to your account, and we may email it too. Download it from there. Not downloading a delivered paper is not grounds for a refund.

Your account shows how each order is moving, from waiting for payment through work in progress to completion, including any revision, hold or cancellation.

Stay reachable

The messaging system in your account is the official channel for your order. Check it while the work is under way, because questions from support and from the writer arrive there. We may also contact you by email, and by phone or messaging apps if you have given us those contacts.

You can ask for a preferred writer. We may decline for quality or reliability reasons, and we will tell you why. If you insist on that writer anyway, we are not responsible for their quality or their lateness.

Prices and payment

Work starts only after full payment. If support asks for an extra payment because you want a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline, pay it promptly. Until you do, the order may be delayed, and that delay carries no compensation.

Prices are the ones shown on the website, including the price calculator, when you place the order. They may change for future orders. They do not include bank charges, currency conversion or international fees that your own bank adds.

Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never see your full card number. Depending on the order, a different billing company may process the payment. If a payment fails with one processor, you may be offered another. Your bank’s 3-D Secure check, or its equivalent, applies.

The name on your card statement

A charge for your order can appear under the name of the billing company that processed it rather than RushEssay.net. Ask support about any charge you do not recognize.

Discount codes

Enter a code before you pay. A code cannot be added after payment, and codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer says otherwise. Current offers are on the discount page.

Your card and your account

Keeping your own card and account secure is your responsibility. Using someone else’s card without permission is a crime, and we report it.

Payment checks

To fight fraud, we may ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of the charge in your online banking. You may hide the other transactions on the screen. Anything you send is used only for the check and is deleted afterwards. If the check holds up the work, we set a new deadline once it is done. We may cancel an order when we suspect fraud or when you do not cooperate.

Revisions

A free revision is a courtesy that brings the work in line with the instructions you gave in the first place. Request it within 14 days of the first delivery. For dissertations, theses, research and thesis proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments, the window is 30 days.

The request must stay inside the original instructions. Anything new is editing, which is paid, or a new order. After the window closes, revisions are paid too. Our quality team may decline or limit a request that changes the original requirements or amounts to abuse.

Refunds and store credit

Ask in writing, through the messages in your account or by email to support@rushessay.com. What you can get back depends on how far the order has gone.

Where the order standsWhat you can receive
No writer assigned yetA full refund
Writer assigned, work in progressA refund or store credit of up to 60%, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency
On hold, writer not finishedUp to 60%, depending on how much of the work is done
Details edited down before completion, so the price fallsStore credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change
Late, and you agree to extendThe price difference, up to 20%, as a refund or store credit
Late, already downloaded, lateness claim made afterwardsStore credit only, up to 20%

Unless a row says otherwise, the percentages are of the order price.

Quality complaints

A refund on quality grounds needs a complaint within 72 hours of delivery. Give specific reasons, with examples from the paper. The quality team reviews the complaint and may ask you for more evidence.

When no refund is due

There is no refund in these cases.

  • You cancel the order after it has been completed.
  • You make no request within 72 hours of completion.
  • A quality complaint comes without specifics.
  • The lateness was caused by missing materials or by our being unable to reach you.

Refunds after delivery

If you receive a full refund, or reverse the payment, after the work was delivered, the rights in that work stay with the Company and you may not use it.

Store credit

Store credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to your card. It expires if it goes unused for 365 days from the day it was added.

Your account and conduct

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. One person holds one account. Keep your login details private, since you are responsible for everything done under your account. Give accurate contact details, including a working email address. Give us a phone number too, because some questions are urgent.

We send service emails about your orders and, from time to time, promotional ones. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

The work and your rights in it

Every paper is written for the order it belongs to. It is a model and a reference for your own research and study. You decide how to use it, and you are responsible for following your institution’s rules. We are not responsible for grades or for how the work is used. The work is delivered as is, within the limits these terms set.

Freelance work is checked for originality before it reaches you, but small incidental matches with other texts can occur. A plagiarism report is an optional paid add-on, and there is one report per order, not one per revision. Editing, proofreading and formatting are applied to text you supply, so we do not guarantee that your text is free of plagiarism.

Once the order is paid in full, you may use the delivered work for your own study and research. We do not publish it, and we do not sell it on to anyone else.

Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Card details are processed by the payment processors.

Disputes

A dispute is any disagreement about an order, a payment or anything else that happens on this site. Tell support first, in writing, within 30 days of the problem. Describe what happened and attach any evidence you have. We acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days, may ask for more details, and give our decision within 30 days of receiving it. If direct talks do not settle the matter, we may propose mediation by a neutral third party. What you send about a dispute is kept confidential and used only to resolve it.

Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss tied to grades, admissions or lost time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered. Any claim that reaches court goes to the courts of competent jurisdiction there.

Other websites we operate

Payments may be taken, and orders and accounts serviced, through other websites and payment pages operated by the Company. These terms apply to your order wherever it is serviced, and your login works there as well.

Changes to these terms

We publish every change on this page with a new “last updated” date. A change applies to orders placed after that date.

General

Letting one breach pass does not waive our rights over the next one. If a clause proves invalid, the rest of these terms still stands. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us. If you use the service from outside the markets it is intended for, you do so on your own initiative and must follow your local law.
